Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between Planmee s.r.o., ID: 55752101, Tax ID: 2122075395, registered at Závodská cesta 24, 010 01 Žilina, Slovakia (hereinafter "Provider") and the user of the Planmee service (hereinafter "Client").

By using the Planmee service, the Client agrees to these Terms in full.

2. Service Definition

Planmee is a cloud-based ERP/CRM platform provided as SaaS (Software as a Service). The service is intended exclusively for business entities (B2B) and includes:

• Customer and contact management
• Task and project tracking
• Invoicing and financial reporting
• Order and employee management

All data is stored on servers within the European Union.

3. Registration and Access

Registration with accurate information is required to use the service. The Client is obligated to:

• Provide current and accurate information during registration
• Secure their login credentials
• Immediately notify the Provider of any unauthorized access to their account

4. License and Restrictions

The Provider grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Planmee service during the subscription period.

The Client may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software
• Perform reverse engineering
• Provide access to third parties without consent
• Use the service for illegal purposes

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

The service is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Prices are listed on the website and may change with 30 days notice.

Payment is due in advance. Access to the service may be suspended for non-payment.

6. Data and Ownership

The Client remains the sole owner of all data entered into the Planmee system. The Provider:

• Does not use Client data for its own purposes
• Provides data export capability in CSV format
• Retains data for 30 days after contract termination for download

7. Warranties and Liability

The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

The Provider's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the last 12 months.

8. Privacy Protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

9. Contract Termination

The Client may terminate service use at any time. Upon termination:

• Data will be available for export for 30 days
• After the deadline, data will be permanently deleted
• Paid fees are non-refundable

10. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms. The Client will be notified of changes by email at least 30 days in advance.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved primarily by agreement. In case of court proceedings, the court at the Provider's registered office has jurisdiction. Slovak law applies.

12. Final Provisions

These Terms take effect on January 15, 2026. The invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of other provisions.
